ALC Advises Contact Financial Holding on EGP 2bn Sukuk Issuance
September 27, 2022Alieldean Weshahi & Partners has successfully advised Contact Financial Holding, the largest non-bank financial service provider in Egypt, on its closing of an EGP 2 bn sukuk issuance, following FRA approval. The seven-year tenor mudaraba sukuk is sharia-compliant, the proceeds of which will be used to fund car purchases for Contact Credit clients.
