Who are we?
ALC-Alieldean Weshahi & Partners is an eight-person partnership specializing in complex financial and commercial transactions. Our partners provide personalized services to select local and foreign clients in Egypt and the Middle East, supported by 40 experienced lawyers.
We have particular expertise in providing counsel to corporations and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) engaging in sophisticated transactions.

Our transactional track record includes advising on Egypt’s first reserve base lending facility, the first securitized bond on the Egyptian market and Africa’s largest project finance deal in 2012 (a hydro-cracking petroleum refinery in greater Cairo).
