ALC-Alieldean Weshahi & Partners is a commercial and financial boutique law firm specializing in complex transactions for a select client base. Our business model is unique and simple based on the concept of personalized service: One of eight distinguished partners personally takes the lead on each and every case or transactions that we decide to handle.

As an independent firm providing services in English, Arabic and French, we pride ourselves on our transaction-specific approach to business and typically do not enter into retainer relationships. Instead, we prefer to take on cases that are of significant or personal importance to C-suite level executives.

While all of our work is personally undertaken by a partner, we draw on the expertise of 30 associates with backgrounds in corporate and commercial law. We also benefit from the added value of our broad network of consultants who are contacted on an as-needed basis.
