Tarek Fouad was made partner at ALC – Alieldean Weshahi & Partners in January 2022, after being a senior associate at the firm since February 2016. Tarek has acquired extensive experience in corporate, administrative, and real estate law matters over the past 12 years.
Alongside his experience in general corporate matters, Tarek specializes in advising on construction and project finance matters and heads the Projects & Infrastructure Practice. Tarek has also acquired considerable experience in tourism and hospitality and has advised several clients on hotel and residence management agreements and other legal and compliance-related matters in the tourism industry.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Tarek has worked directly with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and advised the Ministry on several development and infrastructure projects in different geographical locations in Egypt, including the New Administrative Capital, the New City of Alamein, and Downtown Cairo.
