Dr. Ahmed is a corporate lawyer at Alieldean Weshahi & Partners since 2017. Ahmed obtained his PhD in Commercial Law from Cairo University in 2016 on “Auditor Governance in Listed Joint Stock Companies”.
Ahmed regularly advise clients worked on several civil and commercial law matters including real estate and education projects. Ahmed acquires considerable experience in corporate and commercial litigations and arbitrations in sports, commercial and joint investment disputes and has been involved in complex commercial dispute resolution during the past 4 years.
Ahmed is specialized in corporate governance, sports law and FIFA regulations and worked on the first project of its kind in the field of sporting investment in Egypt, acquisition of Pyramids FC.
