ALC advises Sarwa Capital on transferable value fund

ALC Alieldean Weshahi & Partners are advising Sarwa Capital on setting up a transferable value fund, a new type of fund that will allow it to transfer receivables, according to local press. Sarwa filed with the Financial Regulatory Authority to set up the fund, which falls under the umbrella of a set of decisions by the regulator to help leasing, mortgage and consumer finance firms access liquidity.
